Interim CFO: Served as interim CFO (7 months) for a $60 million manufacturing firm. Worked with CEO to complete buyout of private equity shareholders. Helped put in place a new $20 million financing package. Improved credit operation while engaged.

Fractional CFO: Served as part-time CFO (2+ years) for a $2+ million manufacturing firm; also served as part-time CFO (2+ years) for a $8+ million dollar printing firm. Worked with CEO's and senior leaders to improve accounting processes yielding improved financial data for management's use. Established annual budgets for use by management at both firms. Reviewed operating performance monthly with companies' management teams.

Financial Executive Services: Served as a trusted advisor providing high-level accounting expertise to organizations without financial leadership. Conducted operational planning, capital expense budgeting, and offered fulltime hiring recommendations.

Banking/Cost Savings: Assisted clients in locating alternative sources of banking services and capital; these efforts along with reconciling accounting information increased competiveness and profitability by 8% in one company.

Human Resources Functions: Established areas requiring improvement in HR. Outlined HR policies and implemented an employee handbook, which has helped to dramatically change the company culture.

Organizational Development: Facilitated a peer group consisting of executives from six companies around the country. Assembled and disseminated analytical and reading materials for two-day meeting three times a year.
